RPLAY Rewards Earning Troubleshooting FAQ

If you are unable to earn rewards while watching Rewarded TV, try some of these troubleshooting tips:

Ensure that you have correctly synced your Rewarded TV account with the Replay Rewards Dashboard. To learn how, visit our ‘How To’ Guide. Confirm that you have synced correctly by clicking the Profile icon in the upper right corner of Replay Dashboard, then click on ‘My Profile’. Under the ‘Connected Apps’ section, you should see the email you’ve linked with your Rewarded TV account.

Please note, RPLAY earning must currently be activated via web. Once enabled on web, users will earn RPLAY automatically for watching on any device logged-in to their linked Rewarded.tv account.

2. Are you logged into Rewarded TV using your synced Replay email?

Once your account is synced, log-in to Rewarded TV with the same email you previously connected to Replay Rewards Dashboard. Make sure to use the same email for both Rewarded.tv and your Replay Rewards Dashboard. You can verify your email on Rewarded TV by opening the main menu: just click the “hambuger” icon in the top left. Your email should display at the top of the dropdown menu.

3. Are you watching on devices that enable beta RPLAY rewards earning?

Currently, you can only earn rewards on web and Roku. If you are accessing Rewarded.tv via an app, please ensure that you have downloaded the latest version of the app from the respective app stores.

RPLAY earning in beta on iOS, Fire TV, Android and tvOS is coming soon.

4. Are you watching on more than 5 devices at the same time?

To prevent rewards abuse, we have set a five device limit per user. This means you will only receive rewards on, at most, five concurrent devices. You can continue to enjoy free movies and TV but you will only receive rewards on five devices per login ID.

5. Are you watching for more than 30 minutes?

You will only receive rewards for watching when you watch for 30 minutes or more.
