The small town of Oakville was enjoying a peaceful evening, with the sun slowly setting over the horizon. Aaron and Bill sat on their porch, sipping on cold beers and chatting about their day at work. Suddenly, Carl appeared on the street, running towards them.

"There's a massive storm headed our way. They're' saying it's' going to be a doozy. We need to start preparing," Carl said.

The three friends quickly finished their beers and got to work, securing loose objects in their yards and ensuring their homes were safe. Teddy, who lived a few houses down, joined in on the preparations. He had been through many storms and knew how to handle them.

Samantha, who was visiting her grandparents for the weekend, was also helping with the preparations. She had heard about the storm from her grandfather and wanted to do her part to keep everyone safe.
