Voracious Readers Only

Okay, I will be brief in my public exclamation for just how awesome Voracious Readers Only is.

Do you ever hear about an awesome way to get free things, and then learn that it really isn’t awesome or free and, in fact, it downright sucks? I have been a sucker more times than I’d like to admit where “free stuff” is concerned. So, when I heard about a way to read “free e-books” I was skeptical right out of the gate. BUT, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I really could read books for free, and all the authors want in exchange is an honest review posted on Amazon, Goodreads, or even your own blog.

I signed up — a process that was super easy — and within a few hours I received my first email with the subject line “Book Giveaway.” I was so excited, I immediately opened it and found a note from the author of the book and a simple request: “Let me know how you’d like to receive my book, I can send a PDF, ePub, or Mobi.” So simple.

What’s the catch? I know that’s what you’re thinking. Here’s the thing: THERE IS NO CATCH. When you sign up you choose which genres you are interested in, fill out some of your information (no billing info), and boom…you’re a book reviewer. Your email, admittedly, will get flooded — I receive about 2 a day — but if you aren’t interested you do nothing. Literally.
